What to bring to your first appointment

When starting the financial planning process, we recommend you bring the following to the meeting:

Statements
  • Paystubs: most recent.
  • Retirement Statements: IRA, 401(k), DCP, 403(b), etc.
  • Investment Statements: non-retirement, stock options, etc.
  • Bank CD statements
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Tax return: most recent year.

Information only
  • Pension: benefit information and cost of living adjustment (COLA).
  • Life Insurance Information: coverage amount and any cash value amount.
