Statements
- Paystubs: most recent.
- Retirement Statements: IRA, 401(k), DCP, 403(b), etc.
- Investment Statements: non-retirement, stock options, etc.
- Bank CD statements
- Mortgage Statement
- Tax return: most recent year.
Information only
- Pension: benefit information and cost of living adjustment (COLA).
- Life Insurance Information: coverage amount and any cash value amount.
